摘 要
塔式起重机主要用于房屋建筑施工中物料的垂直和水平输送及建筑构件的安装。目前,国内推行的新型城镇化无疑会产生大量的建设任务,对塔式起重机的使用会越来越多。对塔机的合理设计将会直接影响塔机的安全、效率及稳定等方面。本次课程设计重点设计计算了QTZ40型塔式起重机的回转机构与顶升系统,回转和顶升是塔机的主要工作动作,通过对各个零部件进行计算、选型,充分保证在安全的前提下塔机的正常运行。利用软件SolidWorks三维软件进行实体造型,先做出三维模型,然后利用三维模型导出二维图纸,提高准确性和效率。

ABSTRACT
The tower crane is mainly used in the vertical and horizontal transportation of the material and the installation of the building component in the construction of the housing construction.At present,the new urbanization will produce a lot of construction tasks,the use of tower crane more and more.The reasonable design of the tower crane will directly influence the safety,efficiency and stability of tower crane etc.The curriculum design of the key design calculation the QTZ40 tower crane slewing mechanism and lifting system,rotary and lifting is tower crane main action, through calculation,selection,and fully guarantee the normal operation of tower crane under the premise of security for the parts.Using the software SolidWorks 3D software to carry out the solid modeling,the 3D model is first made,then 2D drawings are derived by 3D model, and the accuracy and efficiency are improved.
