语态包括主动语态和被动语态，当主语作为动作的承受者，我们称之为被动语态。 二、被动语态的运用

四、主动语态与被动语态的转换

我们知道“把字句”和“被字句”之间可以相互转换，现在了解了被动语态的结构之后，观察以下三组句子之间被动语态与主动语态之间的转换，尝试总结语态之间转换的规律 Tom is bitten by the dog. The dog bites Tom.

Mike repaired the house.

The house was repaired (by Mike).

The windows of our house must be cleaned once a week. We must clean the windows of our house once a week.

从三组句子可以观察出来，主动语态与被动语态之间，动作的执行者和承受者的位置是互换的，这样更加强调句子当中动作的承受者 五、完成练习题(句型转换) 1. Tom killed him.

六、情态动词的被动语态结构为：情态动词+be+过去分词；其时态及句型的变化仅由情态动词完成，\过去分词\部分不变。否定句：情态动词+not+be+过去分词。观察下面的例句，注意含有情态动词的被动语态是如何转换的。 The windows of our house must be cleaned once a week. We must clean the windows of our house once a week.
