摘要

本文针对溶液相转化法制备聚芳醚砜(PES-C)中空纤维膜,采用不同的铸膜液组成、内凝结浴为50%乙醇溶液、外凝结浴为水与温度控制在25℃,空气间隙距离等的制膜条件得到一系列的聚芳醚砜(PES-C)中空纤维膜;采用扫描电镜、孔隙率、水通量与截留率等方法表征膜的结构与性能,分析讨论了不同小分子醇作为添加剂及其量的不同对膜结构和性能的影响。同时初步探索了 以小分子醇(甲醇,乙醇,异丙醇)为添加剂制聚芳醚砜(PES-C)中空纤维膜的制备。

研究发现,当纺丝液浓度为18wt%时,得到的膜具有较好的综合性能。纺丝液的挤出速率提高时,膜的壁厚增大,断面从单指状孔加海绵状孔结构,变为对称的双指状孔结构,最大孔径也减小,外表面变得越来越致密,但水通量增大,截留率变小。通过研究空气间隙距离对膜的结构与性能的影响发现,空气间隙距离大,导致膜的内外径减小,断面从双指状孔结构往单指状孔结构转变,水通量和截留率同时增加。

Abstract

This article in view of the solution principle preparation together were aryl ethers (PES-C) hollow fiber membrane, using different casting membrane liquid composition, setting for 50% ethanol in bath solution, the condensation water and the temperature control for bath in 25 ℃, air space distance the membrane of the conditions were a series of gather aryl ethers sulphone (PES-C) hollow fiber membrane; Using scanning electron microscope, porosity and water flux and interception rate characterization method the structure and the properties of the film, discusses the different small molecules and the amount of alcohol as additives for different membrane structure and performance influence. At the same time the preliminary exploration in small molecular alcohol (methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol) for additive system together were aryl ethers (PES-C) hollow fiber membrane preparation.

A study found that when the concentration of spinning solution 18 wt %, get the film has good comprehensive performance. Spinning solution of extrusion rate rises, the film thickness increases, section from single hole and cavernous holes to shape structure, into a symmetrical double refers to shape the pore structure, maximum aperture also reduce, outside surface becomes more and more compact, but water flux increasing, withholding rate is smaller. Through the study of air gap membrane structure and distance influence on the performance of the find, air space distance, leading to the outer membrane in reduced, section from double refers to shape the pore structure to single refers to shape the pore structure change, water flux and interception rate increase at the same time.
