Abstract: China has entered WTO and some laws including the Arbitration Law of the

On this base, the article also gives that arbitrator bears limited civil responsibility and legal responsibility rather than administrative responsibility for his improper arbitration. In the end, the article also gives some valuations and legislation suggestions about the relative prescriptions in the law of Arbitration of our country.
