摘要
随着城市现代化水平的逐步提高,高层建筑不断增加,市政管网一次供水已不能满足居民的生活要求了,二次供水局部增压技术应运而生。传统供水方式占地面积大,水质易污染,基建投资多,水压不能保持恒定,导致部分设备不能正常工作,最主要的缺点是传统供水方式离不开蓄水池,而蓄水池中的水一般自来水管供给,这样有压力的水进入水池后变成零,造成大量的能源白白浪费。随着变频调速技术发展,它以其独特优良的控制性能被广泛应用于速度控制领域,特别是供水行业中。由于安全生产和供水质量的特殊需要,对恒压供水压力有着严格的要求,因而变频恒压供水技术得到了更加深入的应用,进而发展成无负压供水系统。
本论文根据中国城市小区的供水要求,设计了一套基于PLC的变频调速无负压供水系统。变频无负压供水系统由可编程控制器、变频器、无负压稳流罐,水泵机组、压力传感器、工控机等构成。
本系统包含三台水泵电机组(二主一辅),它们组成变频循环运行方式。采用变频器实现对三相水泵电机的软启动和变频调速,运行切换采用“先启先停” “低流稳压”的原则。压力传感器检测当前水压信号,送入PLC与设定值比较后进行PID运算,从而控制变频器的输出电压和频率,进而改变水泵电机的转速来改变供水量,最终保持管网压力稳定在设定值附近,无负压稳流罐将市政管网直接与供水机组连接避免水源的二次污染,以及最大程度的利用市政管网原有的压力达的节约能源的目的。

In today's information society, the information as the most important resource of the human society will become a strategic resource caused widespread concern. How do I get information? Is our best way to get the information in a way, but very heavy Library Book Collection of the large increase, so that the traditional work of the librarian to the library to borrow books.
Along with the progress of science and technology, human life has dramatically changed by the rapid development of computer technology, the widespread availability and use of all walks of life get in the application of computer technology. Become an irresistible trend of the era of information technology, human civilization is entering a new era. Therefore, the library management system into the lives of people with convenient, fast, low-cost advantages, traditional library management mode completely freed, improve efficiency, reduce workers' previous peak, reducing the probability of error. So that people have more time to get more useful information.
This system is × × small and medium-sized library of books based on actual management of research, development and design using Visual Basic 6.0 and Access software. System is a full-featured, easy to operate, user-friendly, and covers basic business library management. This article focuses on lending management system and the basic design and the content focuses on the various features of the system design and implementation process.
