摘 要

我国的矿井机电设备技术取得了很大的进步,矿山开采的机械化程度也越来越高,很多大型设备都实现国产化,但是与美国、德国等世界发达国家相比,依然存在着很大的差距,一些先进设备仍然需要进口。面对目前机械化采煤在煤矿生产中所占比重越来越大,所以要实现高产高效的采煤,对机电设备进行正确的选型有着很大的重要意义。

在我国煤矿机电设备发展的同时,供电设备也同样发挥着至关重要的作用,一个煤矿的节能与否,一半就是在电能消耗方面,如果用电设备选型恰到好处那么电气设备在工作过程中有效利用电能,实现效率的最大化,所以煤矿机电设备与供电设计在煤矿生产过程中起着非常重要的作用。本设计中煤层为采高3.3米的中厚煤层,采煤机型号的选择主要根据煤层硬度、厚度、倾角等因素来选取,选型后还要计算采煤机的主要参数。本设计中选用了MGTY250/600—WD采煤机,本采煤机在我国较为先进。在运输方面本设计选用了跟MG250/600—WD配套的SGZ764/320型输送机,并对输送机的输送能力以及刮板链的强度进行了验算。在顶板支护中根据顶板的稳定性选用了支撑式放顶煤支架,架型需要根据采高、工作阻力等来确定,本设计中选用了ZFD4400/26/32/型,还对支护强度进行了验算,确定了中作面所需支架的总数量。最后还对乳化液泵站进行了具体的设计计算,根据所选液压支架的主要技术参数计算了泵站的压力,并对乳化液泵进行了选型。最后进行了综掘工作面的设备选型及供电设计,并做出采区机电设备布置图及供电系统图。

Abstract

The great progress made in China's mine electromechanical equipment technology, increasingly high degree of mechanization of mining, many of the large equipment achieve localization, but compared with the United States, Germany and other developed countries in the world still exist great gap, some advanced equipment still need to be imported. Facing the current mechanized coal mining in the coal production in the proportion is more and more big, so to achieve high yield and efficient coal mining, mechanical and electrical equipment for the correct selection of a great significance.

Electromechanical equipment development in our country at the same time, power supply equipment also plays a vital role, a coal mine of energy-saving or not, half is in electric can consumption, if electrical equipment selection right so electrical equipment in the working process of the efficient use of energy, efficiency to achieve the maximization, so coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment and power supply design in coal mine production process plays a very important role. The design of the coal seam is 3.3 meters high, medium and thick coal seam, the choice of coal mining machine model is mainly based on the hardness, thickness, inclination and other factors to select, select the main parameters of coal mining machine. This design selects the WD - MGTY250/600 coal mining machine, the coal mining machine is more advanced in our country. In the transportation aspect this design selects with the WD - SGZ764/320 matching MG250/600 type conveyer, and to the conveyor transport capacity as well as the scraper chain strength has carried on the checking calculation. According to the main technical parameters of the selected hydraulic support, the pressure of the pump station was calculated, and the selection of the emulsion pump was carried out. Finally, the fully mechanized working face equipment selection and design of power supply, and make the mining mechanical and electrical equipment layout diagram and power supply system diagram.
