一种移动通信终端定位方法

【摘要】 移动终端定位可用于应急、救援、寻人、增值业务等很多领域，具有广阔的发展前景，目前已知的移动终端定位技术有小区识别码（Cell ID）的定位技术、手机A-GPS定位技术等；本文介绍了一种移动通信终端定位方法，即通过移动终端消息中的主服务小区的TA值（时间提前量）和距离间关系，再经过本文介绍的算法，就可以比较精确的定位移动通信终端。本技术的有益效果是，可以在不必改进用户终端的同时，也不需要扩大移动基站的建设，就能为目前流行的移动系统（GSM、CDMA、WCDMA、TDSCDMA）用户提供及时的、较高精度的定位服务。

A mobile communication terminal positioning method

Abstract： ：mobile terminal positioning can be used for emergency and rescue、people search、many fields such as value-added services， has a broad prospects for development， are now known to mobile terminal positioning technology have community identification number （Cell ID） location technology， mobile phones， A - GPS positioning technology etc.In this paper， a mobile communication terminal positioning method， namely using the primary service in the mobile terminal news plot of TA values （Time Advance） and the relationship between distance， repass algorithm is introduced in this paper， can accurate positioning of mobile communication terminal. The beneficial effects of this technology is， without having to improve user terminals at the same time， also do not need to enlarge the construction of mobile base stations， for the current popularity of mobile system （GSM， CDMA， WCDMA， td-scdma） users to provide timely， the high precision positioning services.

目前，公知的手机定位技术是小区识别码（Cell ID）的定位技术和手机GPS定位技术，小区识别码（Cell ID）的定位技术是根据为手机提供服务的小区确定手机的位置，其存在的问题是精度差；而手机GPS定位技术是手机通过自带的GPS软件也可以进行定位，缺点是需要手机具有GPS定位功能、提取终端位置信息时GPS需打开、很多终端自带防火墙等软件禁止
