ABSTRACT

This task is the design of cupcover's injection mold design. Parts model is the common one in super market.

Products of 3 D modeling, with the aid of the PRO/e design software to create cavity, live piece and other parts, and the engineering drawings is automatic generated ; the parts is evaluated by sketches and the thickness detect. Referring to the product directly 3 d model, parting surface, the slider, the mold cavity components (mold core, and the mold cavity) are created. From standard formwork choose to product output, 3D design is used, such as using PRO/E mould seat experts EMX4.1 to complete for the design of the formwork. From parts modeling to cavity, cores of design, formwork design, until the last of the mould cavity movement simulation are taken full of the PRO/e design software modules and plug-in advantage. Using a module and four cavity designs, Battlefield BC_T_1500/630 is choosed as injection machine Comprehensive injection capacity, injection molding machine clamping force, and maximum injection area and mould pressure technology parameters. Futaba is choosed as Mold base, other standard parts are selected Misumi. Using the die design software-PRO/e, from the initial part 3D modeling to the end of the mould parts of the assembly parts, mould seat design, engineering drawings files are all relied on PRO/e modules to get with the engineering drawings that meet the graduation project standard.

The characteristics of the mould is that the slider in dynamic model, oblique guide column in the mold, to ensure smooth finish side core-pulling. In addition, the necessary relevant parameters have been checked calculation of the work parts and injection machine.
