由图可知,食堂,学校大门口及小南门的噪声普遍较高,一是因为人流量较大,二是因为这三个监测点都靠近马路,处于学校的边界处,车辆及火车的鸣笛声造成噪音值较严重;测量化工实验楼时正好赶上操场上进行运动会彩排,早,中,晚均有大量的学生进行体操排练,并伴有大声的配乐;图书馆的两天噪声测量值有很大波动,第二天的早上测量时,校车按了多次喇叭,造成分贝较高,而中午有很多同学从图书馆前面及侧面通过,所以噪音较大;测量一教的时候由于施工的工作不同,造成很大的波动,如第一天的中午正赶上开机器,有很大的噪声,由刺耳的感觉。
由此可以判断吉林化工学院的教学环境较为安静,现有的噪声水平对教学环境质量的影响不大。但是个别时段仍须控制声量。
目前吉林化工学院的噪声生源重要来自于数理楼的施工、来往车辆、火车进出站时的车鸣、有事附近工厂的工业噪音等。
4.结果评价和结论建议
从整体上来看, 吉林化工学院声环境质量状况一般, 教学区声环境基本满足正常的教学、科研要求,但是生活去噪声污染情况较为严重, 尤其是夜间噪声污染更为严重。 为了更好地改善学校声环境质量,特提出以下几点建议: (1)学校应加强校内交通管理,对进入学校的车辆应限制车种类型, 限制车速, 禁止鸣高音喇叭, 尤其应制止校外汽车、摩托车在校园内随意通行。据加
利福尼亚大学运输系测定,依照速度限制,车速每降低40公里/小时,交通噪声水平可减少5dB(A)。需要注意的是不要设置减速带,因为这将造成车辆反复加减速,油门噪声变大,还会造成车辆颠簸,产生更刺耳的噪声。
(2) 考虑在临街住宅和教室安装隔声窗、隔声屏或栽种具有吸声降噪作用的植物(如:海桐、女贞、风凰木、珊瑚树、悬林木等)可以起到降噪效果,降低约10~15dB的噪声,最高可以达到15 dB(A)的隔声量。如此,为学生及周围居民创造一个有利的学习、生活环境.
(3) 加大力度宣传噪声对人体的危害性,增强学校全体教职员工和学生的环境保护意识, 使降低噪声污染、保护环境成为人们的自觉行动。
(4)采用特殊材料铺设静音路面。道路面层材料平均降噪最高值为4dB(A)。但这些静音路面的孔隙往往容易被泥土和盐类堵塞,因此维护工作将决定控制噪声的效果。

前 言
随着城市人口的增长,城市建设、交通运输、现代化工业的发展,各种机器
设备和交通运输工具数量急剧增加,以工业和交通噪声为主而产生的噪声污染日趋严重,甚至形成了公害。它严重破坏了人们生活环境的安宁,危害人们的生心健康,影响人们的正常工作与生活,噪声已成为继水污染、空气污染、固体废物污染后的第四大污染。我国为适应四个现代化建设的需要,在降低城市环境噪声中做了不少工作,近年来先后制定了《环境保护法》、《城市区域环境噪声标准》、《噪声污染防治条例》、《工业企业噪声卫生标准》、《城市交通噪声测试规范》等。 20世纪大气污染、水污染控制技术已有很大改善,但噪声污染进展不大,因此噪声污染将成为21世纪环境污染控制的主要问题。众所周知高校的教室及校园是大学生在校内学习和活动的外界环境,良好的外界环境可促进学生的生长发育,增进健康,使学生有充沛的精力学习和研究。然而近年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,各地区院校的发展进程也不断加快。与此同时也导致越来越多的校园噪声,声级也越来越高。
吉林化工学院位于承德街45号, 随着在校学生数量和校内机动车数量的增
加,校园噪声已经成为影响学生生活、学习的一个重要因素。校园环境是学生在校内进行学习和生活的外界环境。 良好的校园环境可以促进学生的身心健康,使学生有充沛的精力从事各项活动, 保证学习任务的高质量完成. 噪声是影响校园环境的重要因素 。随着校园建设和周边市政道路的发展,环境噪声尤其是交通噪声对美丽安静的校园环境产生了污染,干扰了附近住宅区和宿舍教职工及学生们的学习、工作和生活。所以,为了解吉林化工学院校园环境噪声污染状况,有针对性地对吉林化工学院校园噪声进行测量和评价是非常必要的。
摘要
近年来随着我国经济的发展,各地区院校的发展进程也不断加快。与此同时,我国高校的噪声污染问题也越来越多,越来越严重,声级也越来越高。吉林化工学院位于吉林市龙潭区承德街45号,校区内设有教学楼、居民楼、学生宿舍、食堂、体育场等区域环境,区域环境复杂,因此通过对吉林化工学院噪声进行监测,结合Excel 软件对调查结果进行了统计分析,论述了高校噪声噪声的主要来源,主要危害并提出了控制高校噪声的具体方法。

1.噪声的危害及来源 1.1校园噪声的危害
随着工业生产、交通运输、城市建筑的发展,以及人口密度的增加,家庭设施(音响、空调、电视机等)的增多,环境噪声日益严重,它已成为污染人类社会环境的一大公害。噪声具有局部性、暂时性和多发性的特点。噪声不仅会影响听力,而且还对人的心血管系统、神经系统、内分泌系统产生不利影响,所以有人称噪声为“致人死命的慢性毒药”。噪声给人带来生理上和心理上的危害主要有以下几方面:
1.1.1噪声影响学生学习、工作和睡眠
据大量研究,调查和统计表明,噪声会对学生正常生活产生影响。主要表现在学生学习时精力不集中,情绪焦躁,理解力下降。例如,学生在持续强烈的噪声下交谈时, 句子可读懂度下降13% ,而句子加单音节时的混合可读懂度下降38%。高与55dB的噪声就会对睡眠产生较为严重的干扰,使人睡眠不足,头晕头痛。
1.1.2损伤听觉、视觉器官
如果人长时间遭受强烈噪声作用,听力就会减弱,进而导致听觉器官的器质性损伤,造成听力下降。
①强的噪声可以引起耳部的不适,如耳鸣、耳痛、听力损伤。据测定,超过115 分贝的噪声还会造成耳聋。据临床医学统计,若在80分贝以上噪音环境中生活,造成耳聋者可达50%。
②噪声对视力的损害。人们只知道噪声影响听力,其实噪声还影响视力。试验表明:当噪声强度达到90分贝时,人的视觉细胞敏感性下降,识别弱光反应时间延长;噪声达到95分贝时,有40%的人瞳孔放大,视模糊;而噪声达到115
贝时,多数人的眼球对光亮度的适应都有不同程度的减弱。所以长时间处于噪声环境中的人很容易发生眼疲劳、眼痛、眼花和视物流泪等眼损伤现象。
1.1.3噪声引起多种疾病
噪声还会引起人体的生理变化。人体多种疾病的发展与恶化与噪声有着密切的关系。噪声会使大脑皮层的兴奋与抑制平衡失调,导致神经系统疾病。噪声还会导致学生交感神经紧张,代谢或微循环失调,噪声作用于人的中枢系统时,会影响人的消化系统,导致肠胃机能阻滞,胃功能紊乱,尤其是在校大学生,往往生活不是很有规律,从而导致学生胃病及胃溃疡的发病率增高。
1.2校园噪声的来源
校园中经常感到的噪声源中常见的有:
(1)校园边缘主要干道的交通噪声。如汽车的喇叭声,此类污染不仅面广而且噪声声级高。
(2) 来自运动场,食堂,商店与公共场所的社会噪声。 (3) 来自实验室及机房的噪声。如实验设备与计算机的噪声。
(4) 来自学生宿舍的噪声。如交谈声,漱洗声。录音机声,乐器的练习声,走步
声,门窗关闭的撞击声。这种噪声往往声级不高,但却往往干扰学生的正常生活。 (5)校园正在施工,工地的建筑噪声。此类噪声虽是临时性的,但其声音强度很高,又属于露天作业,因此,污染十分严重。
2.噪声监测 2.1 噪声监测目的
1、学习区域环境噪声的监测方法,并对校园生活区、教学区等不同功能区
噪声污染进行评价;
2、熟悉声级计的使用;
3、掌握对非稳态的噪声监测数据的处理方法。
2.2吉林化工学院的概况
吉林化工学院建校于1958年,是一所省属普通高等学校。地处中国东北的雾淞冰雪名城——吉林市,坐落在龙潭山下,松花江畔。夏天山青水碧,景色秀丽;冬季寒江雪柳,玉树琼花。现吉林化工学院附近有一江北站,每天都有火车进站出站,
又学校周边饭店居多,来往人口较多,并且周边还有一吉化物流公司和其他一些化工厂,因此出租车及其他货车来往较频繁。并且现阶段校园内正进行施工。
2.3噪声监测标准
《城市区域环境噪声标准》(GB3096-93 1993-12-06实施)。该标准规定了城市五类区域的环境噪声最高限值。见下表:

道两侧区域。穿越城区的铁路主、次干线两侧区域的背景噪声(指
不通过列车时的噪声水平)限值也行该类标准。
吉林化工学院属于以居住、文教机关为主的区域,适用于《城市区域环境噪声标准》GB3096-93中的1类标准,昼间的Leq环境标准为55.0 dB。
根据《城市区域环境噪声测量方法》(GB/T 14623-93)的附录A《城市区域环噪声普查方法》(补充件),采用定点测量方法对南通大学主校区进行噪声监测。
2.4测量仪器
2.4.1测量仪器: 使用仪器为PSJ-2型声级计 2.4.2声级计的监测条件:(测量前应先进行校准)
(1)声级计使用环境的选择:选择有代表性的测试地点,声级计要离开地面,离开墙壁,以减少地面和墙壁的反射声的附加影响。
(2)天气条件要求在无雨无雪的时间,声级计应保持传声器膜片清洁,风力在三级以上必须加风罩(以避免风噪声干扰),五级以上大风应停止测量。以避免风噪声影响。
(3)打开声级计携带箱,取出声级计,套上传感器。
(4)将声级计置于A状态,检测电池,然后校准声级计。 (5)对照表(一般常见的环境声级大小参考),调节测量的量程。 (6)下面就可以使用快(测量声压级变化较大的环境的瞬时值)、慢(测量声压级变化不大的环境中的平均值)、脉冲(测量脉冲声源)、滤波器(测量指定频段的声级)各种功能进行测量。
(7)根据需要记录数据,同时也可以连接打印机或者其它电脑终端进行自动采集。整理器材并放回指定地方。
2.4.3声级计的操作:
(1)距地面垂直距离大于1.2,在一米内无反射面。
(2)手持噪声仪,应使人体与传声器距离0.5米以上。 (3)测量时噪声仪距任意建筑物不得小于1 m。
2.5实地测量具体方案
2.5.1设置监测点
在吉林化工学院校园内共设定6个监测点,分别为:化工实验楼,一教门口,
小南门,图书馆,食堂和学校正门。这6个监测点的布设既考虑了空间方位上的均匀
分布,又考虑了功能区的布局,能代表吉林化工学院校园环境噪声平均水平,对这6个点进行为期2天的定点测量.
2.5.2监测时间和频率
监测时间 :为早上(06:30-07:30时)中午(11:50-12:50时)和晚上( 21:30-22:30时)。进行为期两天的监测。 监测频率:每5s读取一个瞬时A声级。
2.5.3人员安排
共12组,每组2人。A手持统计积分声级计,将仪器置于主路外侧约20厘
米处,距地面高度约1.2米,准备测量。B记录数据。每隔5s记录数据,每次共记录100个。
