6. AGV动态合装故障的诊断

6.1动态目标捕捉失败 Dynamic target catch failure

现象：当AGV在装配段经过同步目标（反光板）时，没有对同步目标进行捕捉，而是继续较快前进。

Phenomena : When AGV pass the sync target (reflector) in assembly section, it doesn’t catch the sync target, but continues moving fast.

可能的故障原因：Possible reason for failure

1. AGV同步传感器中的通光窗口有灰尘摭挡，或被其它物体挡住；

The light access window in AGV sync sensor has dust cover or turned back by other objects.

2. 同步传感器本身发生故障；

Sync sensor failure

3. 同步传感器与MCU50之间的电缆线出现故障，信号不能传递到MCU50单元；

The cable between Sync sensor and MCU 50 has failure; the signal cannot pass to MCU50 unit

4. 与同传感器信号电缆相连的MCU50

MCU50 connected to the sync sensor signal cable

诊断流程：Diagnosis procedure

1． 检查同步传感器的通光窗口是否清洁、透明；

Check the light access window for the sync sensor is clear or not 2． 将AGV置于设备观察方式，选择观察同步跟踪传感器的状态；

Set AGV at equipment observation mode and choose observe sync sensor state

3． 取一正常的同步反光板，由一维修人员手持在同步传感器的上方面约800mm处，左右

移动，由另一维修人员观察操作面板上传感器的状态；

Choose a normal sync reflector and a serviceman hold the reflector 800mm above the sync sensor and move it left and right. The other serviceman should observe the sensor state on the operation manual

4． 可以根据操作面板上是否正确显示反光板的状态变化，来判断发生了何种故障。

You could judge the failure mode in accordance that the operation manual displays the reflector state changes is correct or not

6.2在没有同步目标的情况下误报开始同步

When there is no sync target, report the sync starts

现象：当AGV进入合装段后，在同步目标并没有进入同步传感器有效范围的情况下就误报发现目标，并试图开始跟踪目标。有时会随即又因为失去同步目标而报动态跟踪目标丢失。 Phenomena: When AGV enter into marriage area, the sync target has not entered into the sync

sensor effective range, it reports the target has been found and tries to start the track target. Sometimes immediately it will report dynamic sync target lost because of lost the sync target. 原因说明：Reason instruction

AGV控制器通过MCU50来读取同步传感器的“发现同步目标”信号(数字I/O)信号，以及“同步目标偏差”信号(模拟量信号)，如果“发现同步目标信号”有误，就会引起AGV误报同步跟踪开始。

AGV controller read “sync target found” signal (figure I/O) of the sync sensor and “sync target deviation” signal (analog signal) by MCU50. If the “sync target found” signal has fault, it will lead to AGV report sync track start.

可能的故障原因：Possible reason for failure

1． 有较强的杂光(如阳光直射、较强的闪光等)进入同步跟踪传感器的视窗，干扰了其正常

工作；

It has strong parasitic light (such as sunlight projectivity, strong flash etc) entering into the window of the sync tracking sensor and interfere with the normal work. 2． 同步传感器信号线故障或接头接触不良；

Sync sensor signal wire failure or the connector contact bad 3． 与同步传感器信号线相连的MCU50有故障。

MCU50 connected to the sync sensor signal wire has fault.

6.3动态跟踪目标丢失

现象：

AGV在找到跟踪目标反光板开始跟踪后，突然停止报告反光板丢失。 可能的故障原因：

1. AGV同步传感器中的通光窗口有灰尘摭挡，或被其它物体挡住；

The light access window in AGV sync sensor has dust cover or turned back by other objects.

2. 同步传感器本身发生故障； Sync sensor failure

3. 同步传感器与MCU50之间的电缆线出现故障，信号不能传递到MCU50单元； The cable between Sync sensor and MCU 50 has failure; the signal cannot pass to MCU50 unit

6.4动态合装中提升机故障

现象：

AGV在合装过程中，提升机操作面板按钮失灵，无法上升或是下降。或是完成合装后，提升机无法复位。 可能的原因：

1．提升机操作面板上的停止按钮按下。 2．提升机操作面板的连线断开。

3．提升机伺服驱动器的电源没有供电。 4．提升机伺服驱动器报错。

5．提升机伺服驱动转换板P1损坏。

6．复位前没有将合装钩子取下，放入检测位置。 诊断方法：

1． 检查操作面板的插头是否连接完好。 2． 检查伺服驱动器供电是否正常。 3． 更换P1转换板。

4． 将钩子放入对应插槽。

5． 进入手动操作的动态观察界面，查看提升机各个部件状态是否正常。
