实验目的：

（3）使用VHF进行呼叫和常规通信的基本程序；（4）使用VHF进行遇险，紧急和安全通信的标准格式；（5）练习使用并体会标准海事通信用语（SMCPs）。实验要求：

熟悉VHF机的基本功能及其操作方法；能够选择恰当的VHF频道进行并完成：常规呼叫和通信（船舶动态，引航，港口，交通管制报告，船-船通信等业务相关的通信）、遇险，紧急和安全通信；具备VHF值守能力，并能够用英文记录VHF通信和广播信息。
