But globalization, be intellectualizing, informationize peanuts in being accelerated gradually, survival is confronted with developing bigger competition pressure with world economy. Medium-sized and small enterprises needs to accelerate the development,must reinforce Human Resource Management right away. "The post at present medium-sized and small enterprises human resources is managed in people" mates , that training develops , the achievement effect checks , incentive mechanism , salary payment manage the Human Resource Management countermeasure ability waiting for problem , That medium-sized and small enterprises only adopts the science Human Resource Management countermeasure ability makes enterprise grow up smoothly.
