EQ is more important than IQ

Generally speaking, I don’t think IQ is more important than EQ.

As a matter of fact, mankind from the ancient times that starts with brain capacity increasing really makes human’s civilization of rapid development, and yeah it’s a truth that Intelligent quotient really plays an important role in our lives. What’s more, scientific technology, research, experiments and so on all need IQ; maybe someone with high IQ will ensure that he will override others in studies, and thus an intellectual mind will serve all his life. And seeing historically, many scientists earned praise from people, In this respect, it seems as if IQ is much more important than EQ. Oh! And don’t forget about one thing, especially our entrance examination, right? It at least takes up about 90% of our latest future. Oh my gad! Damn it! Sorry, I’m just kidding.

Yeah, a country dose needs IQ to help with the development of the society or other respects. But it’s just a kind of means, the reality will teach us that most high guys was exploited by those high EQ guys.

A president can’t only have IQ or Obama can’t be the first black president of the United States, a manager can’t, either; or there will not exist Alibaba Group, now even us students. While IQ defines how smart we are, EQ defines how well we use what smarts we have; IQ gets us hired, EQ gets us promoted; and IQ shows us a piece of paper about the quality education, but EQ can make us get close to the better future that is not written on an dull paper. Isn’t true?

In brief, as the saying goes, one’s character determines one’s destiny, which stresses on the importance of EQ. Therefore, while IQ indeed can’t be ignored, EQ is more vital for us to approach happiness, kindness, innocence, purity, goodness, virginity and success.

Our life is still long. Keep trying, keep fighting, keep struggling, keep strengthen, to be a high EQ guy, a good child, a better person, a best self… That’s all, thanks for listening.
