结束语
采用模拟电路来产生带有一定死区延时的SPWM信号,系统主要由SPWM产生电路模块以及保护电路组成,采用以分立元件ICL8038和CD4538组成的比较和振荡电路产生SPWM信号,以供给驱动电路驱动逆变器开关管关和断,改变信号发生器的频率和幅值就可以改变SPWM的频率和调制比,从而改变波形的频率和幅度;过流保护就是电流过大是使其输出产生高电平,用其控制驱动信号关断,以达到保护开关管的目的。最终通过调试实现了设计基本要求和部分发挥要求。 通过这次专业课程设计是我们学会了理论与实践的有效结合,锻炼了我们的动手能力及分析问题和解决问题的能力,为我们以后的工作和学习奠定了良好的基础。

SPWM signal generator design

Abstract:With the continuous development of power electronic technology, inverter circuits in real life, the more important is highlighted in control technology SPWM inverter speed communication and uninterruptable power gained extensive application, and obtained widely and successfully applied.
This system USES comparative and oscillating circuit to produce a certain death zone of SPWM inverter, to signal wave signal circuit provides driver. Using analog circuits to produce a certain death zone of SPWM signal, system mainly consists of SPWM produce circuit module circuit and protection, and CD4538 ICL8038
components to division of the oscillating circuit composed and produced by single chip SPWM signal generator ICL8038 integrated function as the core, the first frequency can 500KHZ range from 0.001 speed to the triangle and the sine wave changes LM311 integrated operational amplifier, through comparing FeiMen can get through a two way complementary symmetry of SPWM wave. In order to make the wave of SPWM with certain death zone in the circuit design, delay time by single will wave respectively CD4528 as the core of the steady-state toggle circuit to produce a few microseconds peripheral zone to supply died driving circuit drive inverter switch off and broken, change the signal generator frequency and amplitude can change SPWM modulation and the frequency, thus changing the waveform than frequency and amplitude。
