银质针治疗臀中肌损伤50例疗效观察

摘要：目的观察银质针治疗臀中肌损伤的临床治疗效果。方法50例均采用银质针松解术进行治疗。结果痊愈41例，好转5例，无效4例，总有效率92%；6个月后随访，痊愈38例，好转7例，总有效率90%。结论银质针松解术治疗臀中肌损伤能明显改善患者症状、体征，有显著疗效。对臀中肌损伤的治疗来说不失为一安全、有效、操作简单、经济的疗法，值得推广，更值得进一步深入探讨研究。 关键词：臀中肌损伤；银质针松解术

Clinical Observation of 50 Cases of Silver Needle Therapy Gluteus Medius Muscle Injury XU Min-jia,LIU Yun-mei,WANG Yuan-hang (The PLA 62th Hospital,Pu'er 665000,Yunnan,China)

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of silver needle therapy in the treatment of gluteal muscle injury. Methods 50 cases with lysis with silver needle therapy. Results41 cases were cured, 5 cases improved, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92%; after 6 months of follow-up, 38 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, the total efficiency of 90. ConclusionThe silver needle loosening significantly improve symptoms and signs of muscle injury, treatment with hip, has remarkable curative effect. For the treatment of muscle injury in the hip is a safe, effective, simple, economical treatment, worthy of promotion, more worthy of further study. 臀中肌损伤包括急性和慢性两种，也称臀中肌筋膜炎，因其解剖位置临近梨状肌，增加诊断难度，容易漏诊、误诊，治疗效果欠佳。为此我院于2011年10月~2012年3月采用银质针治疗臀中肌损伤，疗效满意，报告如下： 1资料与方法

1.1一般资料50例患者40例来自我科住院患者，10例来自门诊。其中男性患者32例，女性患者18例；年龄20~30岁 5例，30~40岁 13例，40~50岁 20例，50~60岁 10例，60岁以上 2例；病程 6月~1年 5例，1~2年 10例，2~3年 16例，3年以上 19例。

1.2诊断要点腰骶部仔细扪诊可于深筋膜层触及一个或多个结节。臀中肌与臀大肌交界至肌筋膜处局部压痛，肌痉挛及关节活动受限，有时可触及条索状物。本病无皮肤感觉减退，但可有烧灼感、寒冷等异常感觉。神经系统检查无异常。X线等影像学检查阴性[1]。
