摘 要

电脑横机是一种集机械、电子、计算机技术、伺服驱动、针织工艺等技术为一体的,可以编织非常复杂的衣片组织的,在针织行业中技术含量较高的针织设备。制版工艺与设计系统是电脑横机技术中较为关键的一部分,从某种意义上说,制版工艺与设计系统的好坏直接影响到电脑横机品牌的建设和发展。

本文首先阐述了针织行业现状及发展趋势,简述了电脑横机及其制版工艺与设计系统的相关概念,并分析电脑横机制版工艺与设计系统的国内外发展现状,提出课题的研究内容和解决方法,以及课题研究的目的和意义。对系统功能进行细致分析之后,参考国内外先进技术和工艺,采用面向对象的设计方法制定系统的总体方案。依据制版工艺系统在电脑横机中的关键性地位,系统总体设计遵循稳定性、准确性、灵活性、独立性和可拓展性的原则,采用模块化的设计思想来组织。

该系统以Windows XP为开发平台,以Delphi7.0和Access 2003数据库作为开发工具,采用面向对象的编程方式,将整个系统分解为系统登录、工艺绘制、简易成形、款式设计、控制信息、花型转换和信号分解七大模块,并将各模块有机结合,实现系统的整体功能。

系统设计的主要内容有:

(1)分析制版工艺与设计系统的总体需求,遵循稳定性、准确性、灵活性、独立性和可拓展性的原则和模块化的设计思想,建立完整的、准确的逻辑模型,设定系统总体框架和方案。

(2)设计一套图形编辑系统,并运用多图层概念和分层叠加的设计思想,使各图层之间既相互独立而又彼此联系,实现花型绘制和组织结构设计工作平台。

(3)实现简易成形功能。将编织工艺单直接录入,系统自动生成衣片款式花型图案。

(4)实现款式设计模块。通过款式选择和衣片主要尺寸的输入,系统自动生成编织工艺单,并在花型绘制工作界面自动生成衣片款式花型图案。

(5)利用动态链接库技术封装各功能模块,保证系统各模块的独立性、灵活性和可拓展性,便于系统的维护和升级。

(6)在花型转换部分将某一编织符号所代表的编织动作进行分解,在编译部分完成编织文件的自动生成。

(7)设计编织文件模拟显示模块,读取系统生成的编织文件,将编织动作的每一步进行分解显示。

Research and Development of Flower Mould Process and Design System for Computerized Flat Knitting Machine

ABSTRACT

Computerized flat knitting machine is a kind of high-tehcnology knitting equipment, which integrates mechanical, electorn technology, Computer technology, motor driver technology and knitting technics. And it can kint very complicated knitting fabrics. Flower mould process and design system makes important role in the tehcnology of computerized flat knitting machine, and in a sense, the quality of flower mould process and design system makes a direct impact on the machine’s brand construction and its development.

This paper elaborates the status-quo and developing trend of knitting industry, and the relative concept of computerized flat knitting machine and its flower mould process and design system. On the basis of analyzeing the status-quo and developing trend of flower mould process and design system, the paper poses the main content, solutions, purposes and purport. After analyzeing the function of the system, consulting the latest new-tech and kintting technics of the world, the system adopts the object-oriented designing method to establish the whole project. Because of the important role of the system, the system is organized by using modular design concept abide by stability, accuracy, flexibility, independence and scalability.

The development environment of the system is Windows XP, and the tools are Delphi7.0 and Access 2003. Using the object-oriented programming method, the whole system is decomposed to six modules of the system register, craft plan, rapid prototyping, style design, control information, flower transformation and signal decomposes.

The main research work in this paper is as follows:

(1) The general requirement is analyzed. Following the standard of stability, accuracy, flexibility, independence and scalability, complete and accurate logic model of the system is established. And the overall framework and plan are setted.

(2) Designing a set of graphic editor system, using the hierarchical graph and multi-page display concept, keep iamge layer independent but related from each other, in order to establish the working platform of pattern preparation and organizational structure design.

(3) Realizing the simplified forming function. Inputting the datas of knitting technical form, the style pattern can be produced automatically.

(4) Realizing the module of style design. While the style of sweater is selected and the main parameters are inputed, the knitting technical form can be produced automatically, and the style pattern can be produced automatically in the working platform of pattern preparation.

(5) Using the dynamic link library (DLL) technology to encapsulate all the function modules, keeps each module independence, flexibility and scalability, makes system maintenance and upgrade convenient.

(6) Decomposing knitting movement which represents some knitting mark in the flower transformation part, completes the knitting document automatically in the translation part.

(7) Designing the module, which uses to simulation display for knitting document. Reads the knitting documents generated by the system, and demonstrates every step of the knitting action.
