Abstract:TheoutbreakoftheSubprimeCrisisprovesthattheProtectionforFinancialConsumerhasbecomethekeyissuesofsustainabledevelopmentofthefinancialsystem.Therefore,theresearchontheseproblemsisofgreattheoretical-valueandpracticalsignificance.Inthispaper,wefocusontherealityofretailfinancialmarket.Throughconstructingatheoreticalmodelbasedontheinteractivefeaturesofbothsupplyanddemand,weanalyzepotentialcausesofdamagetotheconsumers’interestsunderthecurrenttradingpatternsinordertoprovidethetheoreticalbasisforFinancialConsumerProtection.
