一、考查知识点 Topic Presentation Skills Communication skills in a job interview Job interview Telephone Product presentation Business meeting Travel Advertising

二、考试题型和形式 （1）考试题型：

taking message Ability to present your product Ways to participate in business Communication skills to go through customs Ability to plan an advertising campaign. a) pair work （两人一组，对话形式；时间3-5分钟；每人需要准备所有话题） b) group work （四人一组；时间8-10分钟；每个组自己提前选定话题） （2）考试形式

同一大组学生同时考试就位；教师随机抽取两名学生作pair work；同一组剩余两位学生再进行pair work；当四位学生都进行完pair work之后；四位同学作group work. 考试完毕，由教师进行评分，并记录。

三、评分标准

本次考试总分为15分。具体评分标准如下： 其中，pair work （5分）；group work （10分） 序号 语音语调 发音标准、清晰；语调正确、自然。 词汇和语法 能正确使用口语词汇和多种句型，基本上无错误。 流利程度 表达流利，语句连贯，无语流中断现象。 交际能力 能很好地完成题目所规定的交际任务，能正确使用会话技巧，表达过程中基本上无语用失误。 能较好地完成题目所规定的交际任务，能较正确使用会话技巧，表达过程中语用失误较少。 能基本完成题目所规定的交际任务，能基本正确使用会话技巧，表得分 1 5（10） 2 发音比较能较正确使用标准，语口语词汇和多调正确。 种句型，错误较少。 发音基本标准，语调基本正能基本正确使用口语词汇和多种句型，无重表达比较流利，语句较连贯，语流中断现象较少。 表达基本流利，语句基本连贯，无频繁的语流中4（8） 3 3（6） 确。 大错误。 断现象。 表达不流利，语句不连贯，有频繁的语流中断现象。 达过程中有较大的语用失误。 不能完成题目所规定的交际任务，不能正确2（4） 使用会话技巧，表达过程中有重大语用失误。 4 发音不标不能基本正确准，语调地使用口语词不正确。 汇和多种句型，有重大错误。 四、考试时间: 2013-2014学年第二学期商务英语视听说课程最后两次课随堂考试。 五、复习范围:

Topic 3 Pair Work Product Presentation

A comes to a department store to buy a mobile phone, B is the sales person. You will make a conversation (information about the product, the price, discount, warranty, money-back guarantee, after-sale service, etc will be included in your conversation) Please develop a 3-5 minute conversation based on this situation.

Topic 4 Pair Work

Going Through Customs

A is invited to attend a trade fair in Canada and now A is going through the Customs and B, the customs official will ask A some questions. Please develop a 3-5 minute conversation based on this situation.

Topics for group work

Topic 1 group work (8-10 minutes) Business meeting—annual work plan

The general manager and division managers from the sales department, market

department and advertisement department are having a meeting to discuss about next year’s work plan. Every department should have its own plan to be discussed on the meeting. Please hold an 8-10 minutes meeting based on this situation.

Topic 2 group work (8-10 minutes) Business meeting--- the developing strategy

The general manager, Bruce is chairing a meeting to discuss the developing strategy of the company in the following 5 years with division managers from different department. All the participants of the meeting will offer some ideas. Please hold an 8-10 minutes meeting based on this situation.

Topic 3 group work (8-10 minutes, 4-6 persons) Business meeting—solution finding

The sales manager found the company was losing customers. So on the meeting he/she is discussing this problem with other department managers. Some think it’s the bad customer service and some think it’s the high price that causes the problem. They will try to find out the reasons and solutions to the problem Please hold an 8-10 minutes meeting based on this situation.

Your company is a real estate development company and now is planning to construct a shopping mall in the center of the city. But some disagree on this plan. The general manager is holding a meeting to discuss this plan Please hold an 8-10 minutes meeting based on this situation.

The sales manager is calling a monthly meeting to see whether the new product promotion strategy is effective and decide if the promotion is to be carried on. Please hold an 8-10 minutes meeting based on this situation.

Your company will launch a new product this month. The advertising manager is holding a meeting to discuss the advertising campaign (advertising media and advertising slogans). Please hold an 8-10 minutes meeting based on this situation.
