an incident report with the duty Security supervisor.
10. Investigations will be carried out and all possible effort will be made to recover the loss item.
11. If the item can’t be found, the guest will be recommended to make a police report for insurance purposes, The guest will be
assisted by the duty security supervisor to the police station. 12. Circumstances of the loss will be recorded by the Chief Concierge and brought up in the morning briefing with the GM. NOTE: During the process of a lost bag, the guest is likely to
become very angry, and only when we have found the bag will the guest stop being angry, we should use all possible resources to

主 管。 2. 检 查 一 下 行 李 记 录， 查 看 是 否 送 错 房 间。 3. 检 查 一 下 行 李 是 否 在 门 廊 中。 4. 再 查 看 一 下 行 李 是 否 已 经 到 店。 5. 再 查 看 一 下 所 有 到 达 还 未 送 到 房 间 的 行 李 和 所 有 要 送 走 的 行 李。 6. 同 行 李 台 以 及 前 台 核 对 情 况。
7. 查 一 下 行 李 是 否 在 车 上。
8. 通 知 饭 店 的 失 物 招 领 部 门。 9. 礼 宾 部 主 管 同 客 人 见 面 并 同 保 安 主 管 一 起 完 成
一 张 事 故 报 告。 10. 进 行 调 查 并 尽 一 切 努 力 找 回 失 物。
11. 如 果 物 品 找 不 到， 建 议 客 人 报 案 以 便 索 取 保 险。 当 值 保 安 主 管 带 客 人 到 有 关 公 安 部 门 报 案。
