摘要

本次设计根据相关资料及参考书籍,作出了110KV降压变电所继电保护设计。本设计说明书内容大致共分为五章,包括设计资料分析、参数计算、保护装置选择、各保护的整定计算、微机保护等。本设计以实际负荷为依据,变电所的最佳运行为基础,按照有关规定,完成了满足要求的110KV降压变电所继电保护设计。

变电所担负着从电力系统受电,经过变压,然后配电的任务。它也是电力系统中对电能的电压和电流进行变换、集中和分配的场所。为保证电能的质量以及设备的安全,在变电所中还需进行电压调整、潮流控制以及输配电线路和主要电工设备的保护。

继电保护的发展是伴随电力系统、电子技术、计算机技术、通信技术的发展而发展。从它的构成原理方面来看,一直是随着电力系统发展而不断提出相应的新原理保护,新原理保护又在电力系统运行中不断完善,不断趋向成熟。目前微机保护已经普遍应用,它与以往的各种类型的继电保护相比,是采用数字计算技术实现的各种保护功能。它具有灵活性大、可靠性高、易于获得附加功能和维护调试方便等优点,因此必将越来越多的应用,有着很好的发展前途。

Abstract

This design according to the relevant materials and reference books, made a 110 kv step-down substation relay protection design. This design content is divided into five chapters, including the design of data analysis, parameter calculation and protective device selection, the protection setting calculation and microcomputer protection, etc. This design was based on the actual load, based on the optimal operation of substation, shall, in accordance with the relevant regulations and specification, and finished the meet the requirements of 110 kv step-down substation relay protection design.

Substation for the pass by the electric power system, transformer, then the distribution of tasks. It is also in the power system voltage and current of electrical energy transformation, concentration and distribution of places. In order to ensure the safety of electric energy quality and equipment in the substation and voltage regulation, current control and power transmission and distribution lines and the protection of the main electrical equipment.

The development of relay protection is along with the electric power system, the development of electronic technology, computer technology, communication technology and development. In its constitution principle ways, has been with the development of power system protection and continuously put forward new principles, new principles and protection in power system in the operation of the constantly improve, constantly to mature. Microcomputer protection has been widely used at present, it is compared with the previous all kinds of relay protection, is to use digital computing technology to achieve various protection functions. It has great flexibility, high reliability, easy to get additional features and maintenance convenient debugging, so will be more and more applications, has a very good development future.

1 引言

本次设计的目的是对110KV降压变电所进行继电保护设计,由于110KV属于高电压,可能因为自然因素或动物、人为因素造成一些故障,所以要进行必要的继电保护设计。

本次设计主要采用参数计算、整定计算和微机保护等方法进行各种短路电流计算,把涉及的每个元件参数的计算出来,然后选择适当的器件,最终完成降压变电所继电保护设计。

通过这次的设计,对于一些常见的故障,能够较好地完成对故障的切除,从而保证了供电的可靠性和电力系统的正常运行。
