一、概念：用来提出问题，表示疑问的句子叫做疑问句。 Because I lwas ill. 因为我生病了. 疑问句分四种： 一般疑问句、特殊疑问句、选择疑问句和翻译疑问句。 （三）、选择疑问句： 提出两种或两种以上的情况，要求对方选择一种情况回答的二、各种疑问句： 问句叫选择疑问句。选择疑问句的两种或两种以上的情况用or连接，回答时不能用（一）一般疑问句：不用疑问词，而用yes或no回答的疑问句叫做一般疑问句。 yes 或 no，要用一个完整的句子或其省略形式。语调一般是前升后降。选择疑问句Must I hand in my homework ? Yes, you must. No, you needn`t. 可以分为一般疑问句或特殊选择疑问句两种。 Did she do the cleaning yesterday ? Yes, she did. No, she didn`t. 1 ．一般选择疑问句：一般疑问句 +or + 被选择的部分 + ? Had the train left when you got there?Yes, it had. No, it hadn`t. 注意： 一般否定疑问句，即一般疑问句的否定形式。这种句子一般表示请求、看法、或惊讶等。Isn`t she kind ? Yes, she is. No, she isn`t. （她不是很好么？ 不，她很好。 是的，她不好。） Don`t you know him? Yes, I do . no, I don`t. （你不认识他吗？ 不，我认识。 是的，我不认识。） （二 ）特殊疑问句：用疑问词引导的疑问句叫做特殊疑问句。回答时不能用YES或NO，读时用降调。 疑问词有疑问代词，疑问副词，以及疑问词组。 1、疑问代词：可以对主语、表语、宾语提问，有what (对“物’’提问)，who‘ (对“人”提问)，which(哪一个)，whose(谁的)，whom(宾格，“谁”)。 What did your parents buy for your birthday? -They bought a new bike． 他们买了一辆新自行车 What is your mother?=( What does your mother do?) - She is a nurse 2．疑问副词：用于对状语提问。有When(何时) where why(为什么)和How(怎么样)等。eg： —When do you usually get up? —At 7：00．你通常什么时候起床? 在7：00。 Where are you from? 你来自哪里?--I'm from Hubei． 我来自湖北。 ---------How is the weather today? 今天天气如何? It's windy． 有风。 --------How are you getting on with your work ? 你工作进展如何------- I'm getting on well with it. 进展顺利。 3．疑问词组。由What，Which，Whose 后名词构成疑问形容词。 ——What colour is your bag? 一It's red． 它是红色的。 Whose book is this ? ---It`s Li Hua`s. ------ Which subject do you like best ? ----- I like maths best. 由how many／much(多少)，how old(多大)，how tall (多高)，howl ong（多久)，how ofen(多长时间一次)，how soon(多快／多久以后)，how far ( 多远）等。 How much are hese apples? 这些苹果多少钱? They a r e five yuan． 它们要五元。How soon will he be back? 他多久以后回来? He will be back in four days． 他四天后回来。 注意： 特殊否定疑问句，一般有劝告、建议、责备等意味 eg：Are you a farmer or a doctor? 你是一个农民还是一个医生? I'm a doctor．(A doctor) 我是个医生。(医生) 2、特殊选择疑问句：特殊疑问句， A or B?

eg：Which do youl like better，apples or pears? 你比较喜欢哪个，苹果还是梨 ？ 翻译：1、你在家吃午饭还是在学校吃午饭？2、春、秋、冬，你最喜欢哪个季节？ （四）、反意疑问句：在陈述句之后加上一个意思与之相反的简短问句，这种句子叫做反意疑问句。前半部分用降凋，后半部分用升凋。在表示强调某意思时用降凋。反意疑问句的两种形式： 1、肯定陈述句 + 否定疑问部分 2、否定陈述句 + 肯定式疑问部分 注意这一类的回答与汉语习惯不同。yes与no的英汉相反。 ——The girl wasn't drawing a pmture，was she'?那个女孩没在画画，是吗? 一Yes，she was．不，她在(画)。／No，shewalgn't．是的，她没在(画)。 3．其他类型的反意疑问句。 (1)．以let me开头的祈使句，疑问句部分用may I或will you。例如： Let him come in，will you? 让他进来， Let me have a try，may I／will you? （ 2）. 感叹句的反意疑问句。 What fine weather it is ，isn't it?多么好的天气，不是吗? How fast he runs，doesn't he?他跑得多快，不是吗? （3.） 陈述部分如果有表示否定意思的某些词如never，seldom，hardly，little，few，no，no one，nobody，nothing，neither. too....to 等，疑问部分须用肯定式。 He could hardly believe it, could he ? He never watches TV , doesn`t he ? （4. ）当陈述部分的主语是everybody , nobody , somebody , anybody , everybody 等指代人的不定代词时，附加部分主语可以用he 或者 they 。 例如：Someone rang you up just now, didn`t he (they )?Nobody knows it , does he ? / do they ? Everybody came yesterday , didn`t he ?/ didn`t they ? Nobody can answer it , can he ? / can they ?

(5)、当主语是nothing，anything，something，everything等不定代词时，疑问部分主语用 it。Nothing is serious，is it ??没有什么严重的，是吗? Everything goes well， doesn't it?一切顺利，不是吗? (6)、在Therebe结构中，疑问部分用be there。

There is something wrong with the bike，isn't there?这辆自行车坏了，不是吗? There won't be a class meeting next Friday，will there?下星期五没有班会，是吗? 但是由there stand， lie 等表示“位于，坐落在”结构中，用助动词+ there? 例如：There stands a small village near the river，doesn't there? 有个小村庄位于河边，不是吗?

(7.)、当陈述句是含有宾语从句的主从复合句时，疑问部分中的动词和主语代词应与主句中的主语和动词保持一致。但是以Ithink／believe / remember / suppose / guess?开头的句子，疑问部分应与从句的主语和动词保持一致。试比较： I don't know he is right，do I?我不知道他是对的，是吗? He says his mother didn't f eel well，doesn't he?

You will visit the Great Wall if it is fine tomorrow，won't you?

The children were sleeping when l knocked at the door，weren't they? I don't think he is right，is he?我认为他不对，是吗? I believe he will pass the exam，won't he? I don't remember he likes dancing，does he?

(8)、当neither.....nor , either .....or......, both......and ....., not only......but also.....等连词连接并列的两个主语时，疑问部分的主语通常用复数代词。 Neither you nor either I am wrong , are we ?

Not only Tom but also bob has gone there , haven`t they ?

(9)、陈述部分含有need 时 ,必须区别他们是情态动词还是实义动词。然后在确定疑问部分的形式。

You needn`t go there now, need you ?She needs a radiao, doesn`t she ? He dare not do it , dare he ? No one dared to go there , did he (they )? (10).陈述部分含有情态动词must时，附加部分有以下几种情况 a． must在句中表“必须”时，附加部分用needn't。 例如： We must get there before 7 o'clock，needn't we?

b．must表示“应当”时，附加部分用mustn't。例：We must help each other，mustn't we?

c.must表示推测，作“一定、想必”之意解时附加部分须根据must后的动词来确定，使用恰当的 助动词。例如：He must be late for school，isn't he? They must have waited here for a long time，haven't they? d. mustn't表示“禁止”时，附加部分须用must。

例如： You mustn't play in the street，must you? （11）、并列句的附加疑问句 ： 并列句的附加疑问句应采取就近原则，与最后一个分句相一致。例如：

I help Lucy with her Chinese and She helps me with my English，doesn't she? It rained heavily yesterday，so I didn't go out to play，did I?
