μ型阿片受体和催产素受体二聚化的研究(3)

    生物化学和生物物理学的方法都表明了MOR和OTR可以形成异源性二聚体，但有关MOR和OTR受体二聚体的很多问题有待解决，如MOR和OTR 的结合方式是氢键、共价键还是离子键，MOR和OTR间的结合是否受配体的影响，还有两种受体是否可在一种配体的激活下同时发生内化，只有弄清了这些问题才能更好地解释MOR和OTR二聚体在体内的生理意义。
