Installing to the Linear Drive LD30 (Fig. 4.9) Fasten connecting adapter to the flange of theCutting Head YK52.

Put on and tension clamping ring.

Install adapter plate AA YK52 LD30 on the lineardrive.

Screw the cutting head with the clamping ringtight to the adapter plate.

Mounting to the Linear Drive LD30C

The mounting is performed via suitable connectingadapters. The connecting adapters and the way to bemounted to the LD30C are described in the operatinginstructions of the LD30C.

4.4 Connection of the Gases

Cutting gas

The possibilities to perform the gas connections canbe seen in fig. 4.15.

Connect cutting gas to connection M5 (Fig. 4.15/1).

Use only clean, dry and oilless gas.

Max. cutting gas pressure: 20 bar (2.0 MPa)

Additionally, two more connections for the cutting gasare available, staggered for 30°.Cooling gas

The connections intended for the cooling of the nozzlecan optionally be used:

Connect the cooling of the nozzle to the connec-tion M5 (Fig. 4.15/2).

Use only clean, dry and oilless gas; nooxygen.

Max. pressure: 5 bar ( 0,5 MPa)

Additionally, two more connections for the cooling gasare available, staggered for 120°.
