4 Mounting

4.1 Checking of the Parts

Before assembling the Cutting Head YK52 check theparts on completeness and visible damage.

The cutting head can show an excess pres-sure up to 20 bar (2 MPa) at the recom-mended connector. To avoid accidents theworking order of the cutting head must beguaranteed at all time. If damaged, the cut-ting head must be protected against use bymistake.

Completeness of the parts1)

The survey in figure 3 shows a list of all availableparts which can be combined as described. Following parts are needed:

1connector head incl. 1 union nut, 1 insulatingdisc and 1 internal hexagon wrench #31lens holder2), corresponding to the focal length,incl. 2 lens ringsand 1 nut 1sensor insert2), corresponding to focal length,incl. nut1nozzle electrode2), matching the sensor insert1union nut2), matching the nozzle electrode1focusing lens1 protection glass
