4.3 Fastening of the Connector Head

The Cutting Head YK52 has to be electrical-ly insulated against the plant. Therefore theinsulating layer at the adapter may not bedamaged.

To guarantee the working order of the sen-soric it is necessary to install the insulatingring and the insulating washers.

Fastening

The Cutting Head YK52 can be fastened by direct flan-ging of the connector head. The fastening dimensionsand the measures concerning the centring of the headcan be taken from Fig. 4.12.

Screwing on

As transitional element, install the connecting adapterto the adapter of the connector head with the deliveredscrews. The cutting head then can be screwed ontothe beam guiding tube or on the collimator. The dimen-sions of the internal thread can be taken from table 1.Put the enclosed insulator discs under the screwheads.
