1.单词教学

用出示图片的方式引出新单词mantis和moth. 2.巩固新单词

1）我说英语单词，学生快速说出相应的汉语意思。

2）将上节课所学单词与本课单词图片反贴在黑板上，让学生用句型“Is it a/an??”猜测，并用“Yes, it is./No,it isn’t.”回答。

1.创设情景，教学对话。

T:How many boys are there in the picture? Ps :?

T:What are they talking about,can you guess? Ps:?

T:Look at here.What’s in the boy’s hand? Ps:Ladybug.

T:Good.Well,let’s listen to the tape and find out what they are talking about.

2.听第一段对话回答问题。

T:When the boy asks another boy “What are you doing”,how does he answer?

Ps:I’m not telling you.

T:Great!Someone asks you to tell him something,but you don’t want to tell him.So you say“I’m not telling you.”What does it mean?

T:Hmm!You’re so clever.Have you got what they are talking about?

3.听第二段对话回答问题。

1）写出一组动物的单词，让学生找出哪些是昆虫。

2）根据昆虫的定义，让学生列举学过的昆虫类单词，看谁说得又快又多。 4.将对话从头至尾再听一次，进一步理解对话并注意语音、语调。 5、教师与学生、学生与学生等多种形式练习对话。 6、选出几组学生表演对话并对学生的表演给予表扬。 Step5

1.小结本课所学内容。

2、布置作业：复习昆虫类单词，朗读对话，预习下节课的内容。

The forth lesson

Step1

2.复习上节课所学内容，请学生讲述制作标本的步骤并进行评比。 Step2

Look,listen and say.

1.出示标有o-e的卡片，示范正确的读音，让学生跟读。介绍o和它的好朋友e在一起时发音和字母o的发音相同。

2、出示标有字母组合的卡片让学生根据学过的语言知识来拼读，然后向学生示范正确读音，让他们跟读。

3、领读每个单词两次，让学生自己发现读音的相同之处，从而总结出组合的发音规律。

4、出示对应的图片，教学单词。 T:What am I doing? P:You are digging.

T:Yes,I’m digging a hole. H,-ole,hole.I’m digging a?(故意在这里停顿，以便学生学习)

P：Hole. T:Terrific.

5.用上述方法介绍-one,-ose的发音。

6.补充一些简单的单词，让学生自己拼读，然后再请几个学生来读。 T:P1,can you read this word?Have a try,OK? P1：Yes.

(根据学生的发音情况，立即进行纠正。)用pole,lone,tone等补充 7.领读单词，注意语调。 8.巩固语音。 1）个别抽问。

2）用“Odd man out.”的游戏进行巩固练习。如在hole,those,mice,cone,pole中，mice就是old man.

Step3

Read and fill in the blanks.

1.结合上面的拼读练习，通过带读的方式先让学生熟悉要选择的单词 T:Let’s have a guess,OK? Ps:OK.

T:Before we guess,let’s read some words.Rose,coke? Ps:Rose,coke?

2.读谜语，每句话作适当的停顿，并通过动作和表情来引导学生。 T:You can drink me.(做喝水的动作)What am I? 根据学生的实际回答的情况进行纠正和评讲； Step4
