轿车白车身模态试验方法研究

【摘要】介绍了轿车白车身模态试验方法,探讨了试验中白车身约束方式的选择及其合理性验证、激振点位置的选择、激振力方向的选择、测点的布置原则、试验测试系统的检验、模态数据可靠性检验等。结合具体模态试验,通过对试验数据的分析,提出了一种有效的模态分析试验方法,并对白车身提出了改进建议。

【Abstract】The modal test methods of the car’s body-in-white were investigated in this paper. Associated with the practical project, the methods were introduced such as the restriction of car’s body and rationality testing, selection of the location of exciting forces, selection of the directions of exciting forces, the principle of the arrangement the measuring points, test of the test system, modal data reliability test, and so on. Finally, an effective modal test method was presented and some proposals involving body-in-white improvement were proposed.

汽车转向盘角脉冲试验数据

【摘要】针对汽车转向盘角脉冲试验3种后处理方法的基本原理、算法特点和误差来源进行了分析。分析结果表明,与应用连续傅里叶变换数值解法和离散傅里叶变换法的计算结果相比,应用系统辨识方法获得的车辆系统频率特性更能逼真地反映车辆系统自身的频率特性,即系统辨识方法不仅能提升角脉冲试验的数据处理精度,同时也为今后以角阶跃试验替代角脉冲试验辨识获取车辆系统的频率特性提供了理论依据。

Post-processing Approach on Vehicle Steering Wheel Angle

【Abstract】The basic principle, algorithm features and error sources of the three post-process approaches on vehicle steering wheel angle pulse test were analyzed. The analysis results indicate that compared with the calculation result with continuous Fourier Transformation and the method of Discrete Fourier Transformation, the vehicle system frequency characteristic obtained with system identification approach can more vividly reflect vehicle system frequency characteristics, e.g. system identification method can not only improve data processing accuracy of the angle pulse data, but also provide theoretical foundation for angle step test to replace angle pulse test identification to obtain vehicle system frequency characteristic.

汽车空调配风试验台设计与研究

【摘要】基于汽车空调各出风口处与大气压差为零的特点,设计并搭建了汽车空调配风试验台。该试验台采用差压式流量计法间接测量汽车空调各出风管道的气体流量,能够在汽车空调真实配风环境下,同时测量9个出风口的气体流量,有效地提高了测量精度并缩短了测试周期。

【Abstract】An air-distributing test-bed was designed and established based on the characteristic that the difference of pressure was zero between the air pressure at the vents and atmospheric pressure. The air flow can be measured indirectly by using the difference pressure type flow-meter, and the test-bed can measure air flow in nine air vents at the same time, which effectively increases the measuring accuracy and shortens the testing period.

转向节柱拔出力试验的分析研究

【摘要】针对某转向节柱拔出力试验不合格的情况,通过理论分析、模拟计算和试验对转向节柱拔出力的产生原理及影响因素进行了研究,并对摩擦因数对拔出力的影响进行了理论分析。结果表明,通过合理选择转向节柱减振器孔的粗糙度和调整加工工艺参数可使转向节柱拔出力满足试验要求。提出了改进措施,对比试验验证结果表明改进效果良好。

Analysis and Research on the Pulling-out force
of Steering Knuckle

【Abstract】To solve the problem of unsatisfactory pulling-out force of a steering knuckle, the generation theory and influencing factor of steering knuckle were carried out by theoretical analysis, simulative calculation and test, and the effect of friction factor on pulling-out force was analyzed theoretically. The results indicate that the pulling-out force can satisfy the requirement of test by selecting reasonably coarseness of hole of the steering knuckle shock absorber and adjusting machining parameters. Modification measures are presented in the paper. The comparison with test verification results proves that the modification works well.

斜连杆裂解工艺分析

【摘要】介绍了柴油机斜连杆裂解工艺。研究了斜连杆较大外形尺寸对裂解连杆锻后控制空冷及裂纹扩展的影响及其结构不对称性对启裂的影响,分析了斜连杆在裂解试验和小批量试生产中出现的质量问题,并利用ABAQUS有限元对53D斜连杆进行了裂解启裂模拟,依据模拟结果提出了提高斜连杆裂解质量、优化斜连杆裂解工艺参数的合理建议。

Analysis of Fracture Splitting Technology for Oblique
Connecting Rod

【Abstract】Fracture splitting technology of oblique connecting rod for diesel engine was introduced in this paper. This paper studied the influence of big-sized oblique connecting rods on post-forging cooling control and cracks spreading of fracture splitting connecting rod, the influence of asymmetry structure on starting crack, and the quality problems in fracture splitting tests and small-scale production were analyzed, then the starting crack of fracture splitting for oblique connecting rod 53D were simulated by using FEM ABAQUS. Finally the rational proposals are put forward to optimize the fracture splitting process parameters of oblique connecting rod and improve the quality of fracture splitting of the oblique connecting rod.
