基于MATLAB/GUI的制动系统设计
与评价软件开发

【摘要】基于MATLAB/GUI开发了汽车制动系统设计与性能评价软件。软件分为四大模块:有比例阀(比例分配阀、差压比例阀、感载比例阀、加速度比例阀)汽车制动系统匹配计算与分析;无比例阀汽车制动系统匹配计算与分析;基于踏板力计算分析评价汽车制动稳定性;ECE制动法规要求以及曲线。以某轻型货车为例,进行了模拟计算并与Carsim仿真结果进行了对比,从而验证了该软件的可靠性与实用性。

An Automotive Brake System Design and Evaluation

【Abstract】An Automotive braking system design and performance evaluation software is developed based on MATLAB/GUI. The software consists of four modules: proportioning valve (proportioning valve, pressure difference proportioning valve, load sensing proportioning valve, acceleration proportioning valve) used in computation and analysis of automobile braking system match; computation and analysis of braking system match for vehicle without proportioning valve; automotive braking stability computation, analysis and evaluation based on pedal force; ECE braking regulation requirement and curve. Simulation computation is carried out with a light duty truck as an example and compare the result with Carsim simulation, reliability and practicability of the software are thus validated.

CA6471轻型客车机舱通风及冷却
性能的改善

【摘要】针对CA6471轻型客车的机舱通风和冷却性能进行了试验研究,确定了改善发动机机舱通风和冷却性能的7项措施,并将7项措施分类组合为4种方案,分别进行试验研究后确定了初步改进方案。在此基础上进一步对散热器性能进行改善和试验研究,最终确定了CA6471轻型客车机舱通风和冷却性能改善的设计方案,解决了其基础车型CA6440轻型客车因车身结构限制而存在的发动机过热问题。

Improvement of Ventilation and Cooling Performance of
Engine Compartment CA6471 Light Bus

【Abstract】 Experimental study was made to ventilation and cooling performance of engine compartment of CA6471 light duty bus, through which seven measures were defined to improve engine compartment ventilation and cooling performance, and the seven measures were further classified and combined into four plans, and the preliminary improvement plan was determined after experimental study. On this basis experimental study was carried out to improve radiator performance, thus the final design plan to improve engine compartment cooling and cooling performance of engine compartment of CA6471 light duty bus was defined, thus solved engine overheat caused by body structure limit of its basic model--CA6440 light duty bus.

控制策略研究

【摘要】 分析了纯电动客车有别于传统客车的制动特性,论述了制约再生制动能量回收的ECE法规、需求的电机扭矩、电机的实际峰值扭矩、动力电池SOC值限制等限制条件,提出了适用于本文纯电动客车的再生制动控制策略。通过仿真分析,验证了本文再生制动控制策略的合理性和有效性。

A Study on Control Strategy for Regenerative Braking for
CA6700EV Electric Bus

【Abstract】 The braking characteristics of electric bus that is different from conventional bus is analyzed, and some conditions that restrict regenerative braking and energy recovery such as ECE law, motor torque demand, motor real peak torque, power battery SOC values, etc. are discussed in the paper, meanwhile regenerative braking control strategy suitable for the electric bus is also presented. Rationality and validity of the regenerative control strategy discussed are validated by simulation and analysis.

同步带传动对发动机前端噪声的影响

【摘要】应用发动机分析专用软件AVL-ETD,对某款发动机的正时同步带传动系统进行了一维动力学仿真,并结合该发动机正时系统布置、张紧器匹配和对仿真结果的分析,提出了系统改进方案。对比方案改进前、后的试验数据与软件仿真分析结果表明,采用多体动力学方法辅助分析可降低由正时同步带系统振动激励引起的发动机正时机械噪声。

Effect of Synchronous Timing Belt Transmission

【Abstract】1D dynamic simulation for the synchronous timing belt transmission system of an engine is carried out with special purpose engine software AVL-ETD, an improvement program is proposed according to layout of engine timing system, tensioner match and analysis of simulation results. Comparison of the test data prior and after the test as well as analysis of software simulation indicate that the CAE with multi-body dynamic method can reduce engine timing mechanical noise caused by vibration and excitation of the synchronous timing belt transmission system..

【摘要】介绍了橡胶衬套的种类,阐述了汽车悬架橡胶衬套的基本性能及其应用情况。研究了悬架的副车架橡胶衬套和控制臂橡胶衬套在车辆中各向特性参数的分布及其对汽车操纵稳定性和平顺性的影响,并对橡胶衬套的结构设计特点、橡胶材料和配方、疲劳破坏性能等进行了分析。

Analysis of Structural Characteristics of Rubber
Bushing in Car Suspension

【Abstract】Category of rubber bushing is introduced in the paper, and the basic performance and application of rubbing bushing of automotive suspension are also discussed. Distribution of sub-frame rubber bushing of suspension and rubber busing of control arm in characteristic parameters and their effect on vehicle handling stability and ride are studied. Meanwhile the structural design features, rubber material and formula, fatigue damage properties of the rubber bushing, etc., are analyzed.
