本文主要论述了中国发展低碳经济与煤炭出口贸易之间紧密的关系。本文首先介绍了国际上与中国目前低碳经济的发展状况，根据中国特殊国情及发展趋势，介绍我国特色的低碳经济路线发展目标。随后介绍我国煤炭近十年进出口贸易的情况，贸易格局的变化的情况，并且分析低碳经济的初步发展与我国煤炭贸易之间的相关联系。根据以上论据，对我国煤炭出口贸易发展进行分析。文章中分别从碳关税，国家相关低碳政策与国际煤炭价格下降，发展低碳经济使我国能源消耗增大三方面分析低碳经济对我国出口贸易的消极影响。并且对今后煤炭出口贸易的应对措施提出了作者本人的见解。发展低碳经济是刻不容缓的，中国也逐步开始进行低碳经济的转型，我们坚信对于曾经是煤炭出口大国的中国来讲，只要利用低碳经济转型，发展更有利的煤炭贸易，发展低碳经济将会为煤炭出口贸易带来福祉。

This paper discusses about how the development of low-carbon economy and China's coal export trade is related。Firstly, this paper describes the international and China's current development of low-carbon economy, according to China's specific national conditions and development trends, introducing our distinctive target of low-carbon economic development. Then it introduces in recent years China's coal industry, the situation of import and export trade changes in trade patterns, and then analyzes the relationship between the initial development of low-carbon economy and China's coal trade. Subsequently according to the above argument, it states the analysis of coal export trade. It also talks about what the demerits are from three aspects: carbon tariffs, the State related to low-carbon policies and decreasing international coal prices, the development of low-carbon economy increases China's energy consumption; and the future responses to the coal export trade. Development of low-carbon economy is imperative that China is gradually beginning to start planning the transformation of low-carbon economy, we firmly believe that who was used to a major exporter of coal, as long as China develops low-carbon economy in the right way and works on more favorable development coal trade, the transformation to low- carbon economy will bring well-being to the coal export trade.
