高中语文课堂管理有效性研究

内容摘要

农村高中的生存发展均面临诸多问题，其中语文课堂管理无效低效现象极为普遍，本论文是笔者以农村一线教师的身份，走访淮安市楚州区三所农村高中师生，针对高中语文课堂管理有效性所做的调查，是笔者本人多年工作经验的总结。笔者通过分析国内外相关文献发现，长期以来我国高中语文课堂管理的研究要么是介绍、评价国外的研究成果，要么是对相关教育管理理论的生搬硬套空泛而不明确。这无益于深化对语文课堂管理的认识，也不利于对语文课堂管理有效性的进一步的实证研究。

因此，本论文的研究思路是：深入高中语文课堂，综合运用文献分析、课堂观察、访谈、问卷调查等方法，全面透视高中语文课堂管理中存在的问题并分析其存在的原因，提出优化课堂管理的建设策略，为一线教师提供一些可行的建议，同时也为构建高效语文课堂的理论体系提供一些实证性资料。

论文分为四个部分：第一，绪论部分包括研究目的及意义、文献综述、研究 设想及研究方法。第二，高中语文课堂管理的基本概念分析，包括相关概念的界定与分析、课堂管理的基础理论，有效课堂管理行为的基本内涵。第三，高中语文课堂管理有效性的调查与分析。第四，高中语文有效课堂管理的策略

Abstract

There are many difficulties in the survival and development for the senior high schools in the countryside. Most importantly,it is very common for the management of the Chinese classes to be of no or low efficiency.I, the writer of this article,as an ordinary teacher,visited some teachers and students of three senior high schools in the countryside in Chuzhou District of Huanan City and do some surveys about the efficieny of the management of the Chinese classes.It is the summary of my many years’teaching experience. By analying the information at home and abroad,the study of the management of the Chinese classes,they either introduce and evaluate the study result ,or apply the theories about the education management vaguely. They are of no benefit to the acquaintanceship of deepening the Chinese classes and the further concrete study of the management of the Chinese classes.

Therefore, the way of my article is to come into the Chinese classes of the senior high schools, integrately analyse and apply the information,the observation of the classes,the visit to some people and some surveys,and find out the problems in the Chinese classes of the senior high schools and their causes. Accordingly, I put forward some new strategies for the better management of classes and some concrete suggestions for the ordinary teachers. Meanwhile, I provide some concrete data for the theory system of forming Chinese classes of high efficiency.

This article consists of four parts. The first part is introduction,including the purpose and roles of the research,the general introduction of literature,and the assumption and the ways of reaearch.The second part is the analysis of the basic concepts of the management of Chinese classes of senior high schools,including the introduction and analysis of the concepts,the basic theories of the management of classes, and the basic connotation of managing behaviours of high efficiency. The third part is the survey and the analysis of the efficient management of Chinese classes of senior hign schools. The last part is the strategies of the efficient management of Chinese classes of senior hign schools.
