Comparison and Enlightenment of Pension system’s Operation Efficiency in China and Other Countries

Abstract：The core of promoting china’s operation efficiency of pension system is

consummating pension system, improving the transferability of the system and inducing the cost of management. Based on the comparison of pension system’s operation efficiency between

China and other countries, the paper explores drawback and deficiency existed in the reformation of the system in our country, proposes an idea for the simplification of the system and improvement of operation efficiency, and makes feasibility analysis for the idea. The major purpose of this paper is to remind the government department to simplify the system design, improve operation efficiency of pension system and fully ensure basic livelihood for all retirees.
