摘要

本文阐述了二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的设计和设计的过程,对机床的进一步改造。齿轮传动系统是减速器最主要的部分,特别是箱体,精度要求非常的高,还需考虑其它方面对传动轴的影响。在分析各种减速器结构和性能特点的基础上,并利用各种相关的资料和实践中的经验,综合考虑了各种性能、精度、平稳、经济设计,实用性比较强,设计一台二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器传动系统。通过了经验的估算到验算,不符合就对某些部件进行改进,反复进行修改直到达到要求,并通过二维绘图软件AutoCAD绘图,修改结构上不合理的地方。本文对设计的方案的选择进行了分析、比较,对零件的选择校核和分析,对二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的设计步骤做了介绍,并对一些设计步骤进行了简化。

Abstract

This paper describes two helical gear reducer design and design process, the further transformation of the machine tool. Gear reducer drive system is the most important part, especially the box, very high accuracy requirements, need to consider the impact of other aspects of the drive shaft. In the analysis of the structure and performance characteristics of various reducer, based on and use a variety of relevant information and practical experience, comprehensive consideration a variety of performance, precision, stability, economic design, practicality relatively strong, to design a 2 stage helical gear reducer drive system. Through the experience of the estimates to the checking does not conform to certain components on the right improvements, repeatedly modified until the meet the requirements, and through two-dimensional mapping software, AutoCAD drawings, modify the structure of irrational place. In this paper, the design options of the program analysis and comparison, the choice of parts checked and analysis, the two helical gear reducer design steps made an introductory, and some design steps has been simplified.
