塑料杯模具设计
【摘要】近年来,我国工业的高速发展对模具工业,尤其是塑料模具提出了越
来越高的要求,2004年,塑料模具在整个模具行业中所占比例已上升到30%左右,据有关专家预测,在未来几年中,中国塑料模具工业还将持续保持年均增长速度达到10%以上的较高速度的发展。国内塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大,其中发展重点为工程塑料模具。塑料模具工业从起步到现在,历经半个多世纪,有了很大发展,模具水平有了较大提高。在大型模具方面已能生产大屏幕彩电塑壳注射模具;精密塑料模具方面,已能生产照相机塑料件模具等。但与国外相比还需进一步提高大型、精密、复杂、长寿命模具的设计水平及比例;在塑料模设计制造中全面推广应用CAD/CAM/CAE技术;开发新的成型工艺和快速经济模具;提高塑料模标准化水平和标准件的使用率;应用优质材料和先进的表面处理技术对于提高模具寿命和质量;研究和应用模具的高速测量技术与逆向工程。未来的发展趋势是:大型化、 高精密度化 、多功能复合型 、热流道模具 、气辅模具、 高压注射成型。
