综上所述，通过这次实习，我掌握了很多日后工作所需的基本技能，检验了平时所学习的基础知识，衡量了个人的能力和水平，发觉了自身存在的不足和缺点。这于我来说无疑是受益匪浅的。知道了辛勤的付出是有收获的，我总结了在进出口贸易业务中的经验和教训 , 帮助我在以后的学习过程中不断充实自己，更加关注国际的经贸环境，加强实例分析能力并加强训练，增加感性认识 , 努力提高业务责任和商务运作能力 , 真正做到学以致用。

我相信，这次实习让我获得的经验、心得为今后的学习做了引导,点明了方向,，会促进我在以后的学习、工作中寻找到合理的方法和正确的方向。
