中国BPO企业全球发展战略分析

摘 要

面临全球BPO浪潮的汹涌来势,中国作为世界第二大经济体,拥有经济环境、产业基础、人才、市场等方面的优势,中国BPO企业将面临前所未有的机遇,中国也有可能成为未来全球BPO业务的核心承接地。近年来,虽然中国BPO企业数量增长迅速,但在整个行业中,中国BPO企业发展尚处于起步阶段,多数企业成立不久,项目经验欠缺,企业不具规模,很难与印度企业及其他大型外包企业抗衡。如何把机会变成利益,抓住机遇获得长足发展,是中国BPO企业面临的一个重要战略问题。

本文通过对全球及我国BPO业务发展状况,我国BPO企业经营能力的分析,海外发包商对承包商离岸需求分析,提出了中国BPO企业拓展全球业务的对策:提高产品服务及管理模式的创新能力、提高业务交付模式成熟化、强化核心竞争力、制定国际并购战略、BPO标准化管理、实施全球化战略定位,以实现我国BPO企业全球化发展的战略目标。

Abstract

Facing the global BPO tide's turbulent oncoming force, China has the economic environment, the industrial foundation, the talented person, huge market superiority to become the world second big economy. The BPO companies in China will face the unprecedented opportunity; China also has the possibility to become the global BPO service core contract place in the future. In recent years, although the Chinese BPO Enterprise quantity growth was rapid, but in the entire profession, the Chinese BPO enterprise development was still at the start stage, Most companies set up soon, the lack of project experience, companies do not scale,Without the strength to contended with the Indian Enterprise and other large-scale outsourcing enterprise. How to turn the opportunity to benefit, is an important strategic question which the Chinese BPO Enterprise facing.

This article through to the BPO Business Development of china and global country, the business capacity's analysis of BPO companies in China, Outsourcers needs analysis. Proposed measures to expand global business for BPO companies in China proposed the
