A:Welcome to Fuzhou Import and Export Commodities Fair. My name is Wang Ming. I’m sales manager of the Fuzhou Machinery Company Inc.
B: Hi, Mr. Wang. My name is Shawn Black. I’m from Seattle, U.S.A.. I’m in charge of the supply department of the Pacific Trading Company Ltd.
B: 您好王先生。我是肖恩·布莱克。我来自美国西雅图,是太平洋贸易有限公司的采购部经理。

A:I’m very pleased to meet you, Mr. Black. Please sit down and allow me to introduce our company and its products.

B: Sure. Your exhibits are very attractive, though the workmanship is not so desirable. If you don’t mind, I’d like to make an inquiry. Here’s the list of our interested machine tools. I’d like to hear your lowest quotations C.I.F. Seattle.

B: Well, Mr. Wang, your prices are not very competitive. My demand is bulk, but of course I’ll have to reduce the quantity of my intended purchase substantially with your offer.
